I received a call from standard bank in december advising me to upgrade my account from an achieve electronic to a elite plus account account and he said i would be getting a new bank card which would be delivered to the rosebank branch, to this day i have not received a new card and when i call the card division they tell me that tere is no note of my card being upgraded and it would cost me R110 to obtain a new card .if my card was not being upgraded why didnt the person who called me tell me that no upgrade was gonna be done why did he have to to me in order to get me to upgrade my account .really bad service
