I opened up a FNB account In November 2012, a guy from the call centre called me in regards to opening up my account he took all of my details and opened up my account, I asked him if they could please deliver the card and he agreed and said he will get the department to contact me urgently, I waited up until January 2013 for the call but nothing, after weeks I get a call asking if they must still deliver my card and FNB tells me I must pay bank charges for a card that was never used or delivered to me, FNB services are really getting bad therefore they lose customers, till today no1 called me for delivery of my card or any information regarding my card.
