Nedbank - Your waisting my time and my money!

I recently opened up a credit card account when needing short term finance. After going into the Cresta branch and asking ONLY for the 1 credit card and NOTHING else, the person helping me decided he will add a garage card and insurance policies and link it to my credit card (I MEAN WHY NOT - AFTER ALL HE WILL BE EARNING A NICE COMMISSION ON THIS MONEY THAT I WILL NOW BE PAYING FOR.) I kept receiving sms' to go and fetch my garage card THAT I DID NOT APPLY FOR at another branch IN RUSTNEBURG, I LIVE IN JHB. I went into the Cresta branch AGAIN and told them that I did not ask for the card, they must cancel it and refund any charges. Today I inspect my credit card statement to find not only 3 months worth of services fees charged for the garage card THAT I DID NOT APPLY FOR AND THAT I DO NOT EVEN HAVE AS IT IS IN RUSTENBURG, but also insurance charges WHICH I ALSO HAVE NOT APPLIED FOR. THE PHONE CALL TO NEDBANK TO SORT THIS OUT, TOOK AN EXTREMELY EFFICIENT 42 MIN -THAT WOULD COST ME AT LEAST R150. I AM ALSO PRETTY SURE THAT THE CREDIT CARD IS 55 DAYS INTEREST FREE, AND ALTHOUGH MY ACCOUNT IS FULLY PAID UP EVERY MONTH END - THAT IS A BALANCE OF 0, INTEREST IS BEING CHARGED???
