Multi loan assistance

I dont beleive why will it take me more than a day to activate a multiloan and if I got a better consultant maybe this was going to be done and I am really off after I have been with Capitec for such a long time and now when I needed help I coudnt even get assistance even the consultant didnt even bother to call me back for feedback or anything and still I havent got help with the multiloan really not impressed I mean I have been helped nicely at capitec before but now to activate a multiloan it take me more than 2 days beacuse of the consultant who doesnt even want to listen and she is very unfriendly.really off
