Bad service

I had gone to have my multiloan activated and sister Lerato was the available teller for assistance. She didn't even greet gave me attitude from the begining. She told me that in order for the multiloan to be more i had to take up a loan, i then responded that i didn't want one. She snapped at me and told me she didn't say i must take up one, i then asked her if she spoke to all her clients that way she responded and told me that i don't listen i just rushed to tell her that i didn't want a loan. She didn't even appologise. I have decided i'm going to change banks.
