I absolutely love my bank - but - I applied for a personal loan of R5000 at the beginning of the year for tuition fees, the process was painless and the lady who helped me was great. What I didn't realise was that a multiloan account was opened too, which I never wanted or needed. Even though have never used this, the multiloan shows as a new account on my credit record each month. My record has always been perfect but my recent vehicle finance application returned with an interest rate of prime 7!!! This is really unacceptable. Please remove the multiloan account and clear up the damage on my credit record!
