Multiloan problem

Hi,

In 2012 near the end of the year I applied for a Personal Loan at Capitec Bank at the Mall @ Reds branch. I was then offered a Multiloan facility as well which I took just for in case. You never know...

Now last year I tried to make use of the Multiloan facility but at the ATM but it did not work. So I went to the branch and they told met that the Multiloan facility was not active anymore. I asked them how this could be and they said that something happened to make it inactive. They asked if I selected the option at the ATM which I off course did not do because this was the first time that I tried to use it. They then tried to check if something did not happen through their system but could not see anything there either. So to get the to the point, they do not know what happened. and to rectify this I must reapply. This is very disappointing. I am do not have much time to go around and get all the information again for them to apply since they took all my previous documentation. I was granted this facility from the previous application. I do not see why I have to reapply for something that I did not cancel.
