I had a loan with capitec which is paid up plus a multiloan which is a monthly loan, deducted from your salary and the capital amount re-advanced. I have had this facility for the last year and never once paid late. All of sudden it has expired and I cannot re-apply because of bad credit score. My score was the same then as it is now. How can capitec take something away that i had and paid for the last year? What's even worse is that they do it at this time of year when people are on holiday and celebrating xmas@! I find it unethical and morally wrong considering there are people out there who just have to take this without any recourse. I have moved my account to capitec and put many thousands through this account but now I have no reason to bank with capitec any longer and will be closing my account and moving to another bank. Disgusting!
