On 15/12/2013 I took a multiloan of which the date was stipulated to deduct from my ABSA account: 28/01/2014.
Yesterday Capitec decided to deduct my multiloan from my capitec savings account taking all the money I had left in my savings account.
Also my multiloan option was removed from my profile and I had an agreement until April 2014 for the multiloan.
Now my money has been deducted out of my savings account illegaly as I did not authorise capitec to deduct from my savings account!
Also the multiloan agreement has been broken by capitec for removing it before April 2014.
Reverse the debit order immediately and put back the multiloan as capitec are in breach of conduct or I will report you to the banking ombudsman!
Reverse TODAY! not 2 days or 5 days!
