Changing of My Telephone Numbe

Okay, so I tried being nice to just complain on your Facebook page but nobody seems to care.
I have tried changing my telephone number to get notifications sent to the new number at your branch, over the phone, over the online banking but STILL nothing is happening. I was told to go to the branch AGAIN which I'm not prepared to do as I was there already. All I want to do is change my profile to get my notifications (like my OTP etc) to get sent to my new telephone number. Why do I need to go into a branch to change my number if we have ALL of the technology to do it telephonically?
