Delay on current account transactions

After having a savings account for 6 years I decided its time to visit my branch to change to a silver current account. I never had anything to complain about with regards to my savings account but after 3 days im already annoyed by the current account.. I used the card over the weekend a couple of times and still haven't received my notify me notifications.. when loggin on to internet banking my balance is not correct as its not even reflecting my transactions from the weekend.. so my question to you is, will I only notice a week later that my card could have been cloned and all my money was drawn once the account decides to reflect what is actually happening and when I receive delayed notifications? I feel very vulnerable with this account and if this is the case please advise so that I can rather switch back to savings or consider a different bank as I would like to know whats happening when I use my card and not a couple of days later.. please reply via email as I can not use my cell during working hours
