Not receiving OTP numbe

Poor client service when overseas
Before leaving South Africa for Russia on the 8th Feb, I went to the FNB Woodmead branch to change my exist cell notifications to a new number. I am currently receiving notifications on the new number, but the OTP is still going to the old one. Despite 3 expensive calls from here, and two emails, this is still not sorted out. Ref no 698942149 ended up with an email which was returned and forwarded again to a different address. One phone call was Ref 69519418 (Lebo). I am battling to use any services where a OTP is involved. My ID is 5612310027088 and can only be reached on sms on my 082 number, or by email. Mariaan de Bee
