"How can we help you"... NOT!

I have a personal online profile with lots of business accounts - that's the way it was opened in 2005 by FNB. Outside circumstances forced me to have a home loan & vehicle finance with FNB. I DO NOT have a personal account with FNB & WILL NEVER HAVE, thus I don't have an ATM card. I have been to a branch to ask for a business profile, but they said then I won't have ALL those accounts together, I'll have a business profile for each of the businesses; I need them together. So the personal profile remained. In the beginning I could change limits online to my heart's desire. Then it changed so I had to call in to have the limits changed. Now I'm told I HAVE TO GO TO THE BRANCH EVERY TIME I WANT TO CHANGE A LIMIT. The branch even issued a e-registration card which was suppose to resolve problems, guess what, e-reg card only works on a BUSINESS profile - which I don't have! But they still issued 1! I have never had any joy with FNB; Fourways branch has lost our files numerous times, they never have my signature on the system, try to withdraw R15, 000 at teller - it takes me at least 2 hours, & then I do this every week! FNB is a joke! I do not have hours to spend at the branch.
