Today, another problem with STANDARD BANK!!! I got an sms to state that my debit order has been unpaid - when I went to the bank on 28/03 I have confirmed that all my debit orders have gone off! when I phoned the call centre and spoke to a very rude lady named kolisa - when I asked to speak to a supervisor she said goodbye and cut my call!!! please please please!!! standard bank!! sort the service out!!! afterwards I spoke to nkosinathi at the call centre who told me my account is up to date - please!!! I need to know what is going on!! my account has been paid but I am getting smses!!!
