What a frustrating and unprofessional African bank call centre has. Since last week Thursday I have been trying to get a settlement letter from them in order to settle that account, but what a mission. I have been sent from pillar to post and all the incompetent consultants fails to provide the said letter. I am not asking for a loan but all I NEED IS A SETTLEMENT LETTER IN ORDER TO SETTLE THE ACCOUNT!!! I have been told to call 011 256 9248 then 011256913, 0112569683, 0112569305, 0112569562. I phoned ALL THESE numbers but i was not helped. I even went to the Midrand branch today to get HELP but they couldn't help me either they phoned the same numbers i have been calling since last week and the incompetent consultant wanted me on the phoned but couldn't help AGAIN!!! What a joke, I really would not advice anybody to take a loan at this stupid bank as they are quick to deduct more that instalment from your bank account but when you need to pay of the s loan you don't get any help. Somebody please send me the settlement letter for account 5174645003.!!!
