INCOMPETENT NEANDERTHAL

I called to query why I am still being harassed daily by Standard Bank as, to my knowledge, my loan account is up to date. I spoke to an incompetent Neanderthal who just asked for my ID number and after giving it, he just assumed that I was the right person.
Thereafter he proceeded to tell me that I have made payments for the last 6 months, so when I asked him why my account is in arrears, he told me that it's because I didn't make a payment, but could NOT tell me when payment was not made. I told him that I haven't received any correspondence from Standard Bank regarding my loan account.
He then told me to go into my nearest branch. I told him that I work the whole day and can't get to a branch, I also told him that I am being harassed by Standard Bank daily wrt to my loan account being in arrears, but no one can tell me anything, constant phone calls, recorded messages and sms's. Having said that, he just put the phone down.
I phoned the call centre again to find out who this rude is as this is one of the MANY reasons why I no longer bank with Standard Bank and I was then told that there is a problem with the system and the last call that they can trace is November.
