Paid up debt reflected as unpaid

I had my RCP loan paid from my account by Standard Bank in 2010 and found out I'm listed still as unpaid and account in arrears and overdue. Each person in the call centre refers you to another person but no one knows where your account is. I called experian and they say I was recently updated by Standard Bank as outstanding yet the "Standard Bank System" has no record of the loan account. The CDM department cannot be reacehd by debtors so you can't call them to sort out your account but they can call you to pay the debt. I have spoke to over eight people and still no one knows. I want help in clearing my name and is there no repercussion for them?
