We have now tried to get our Forex done at the FNB branch in Randpark Mall several times already without success. At first you have to phone the branch to ask if they do Forex, they confirmed and we went on a Saturday. Guess what, you can't do Forex on a Saturday!! Then we go into the branch, it clearly says "FOREX" on the branch window, only to be told that we have to wait for one very special singular individual who apparently is the only person able to do Forex and she is not there right now... We leave intending to come back. When we eventually go back, guess what?! Their system is apparently offline. No Forex today buddy. Please go to another branch or come back another day.? Really? So next time you ask: "how can we help you", I'll go with "please don't advertise services when you can't do it!! "
