I recently lost my job and have been struggling with payments. I spoke with Mukhtaar on the 7th of February who was very re-assuring and tole me to let Outsurance know when things get better.
I have finally been given a helping hand and called to reinstate the insurance and was advised that they WILL not reinstate for me and that they cannot over ride the decision?!
They advised me that they sent me an sms with this information?! I never received such an sms and regardless, why didnt a "human" living being call me to discuss this decision? Every other organisation has made the effort to contact me and assist me in making arrangements, but I have not had any assistance from Outsurance and now when I want to try get my life back on track, they turn around and push me down again??
I am trying to make things right? How can it be so difficult?
