I called the call center to apply for a new home loan. It then took FNB 24 Hours just to email me the application. It is now a week after I sent back the completed application and I still have not heard from FNB, I called the call center yesterday and the affordability has not even been done yet.
Nedbank and ABSA have both sent me final approval and quotations, Valuations have been done, and i haven't even had the courtesy of an update call from FNB yet. Sad to say that i actually bank with FNB. I am really frustrated as this is the second bad experience in one month.
