We have been nedbank clients for the past 10 - 12 years .we found a property and wanted a homeloan we filled in the application and we had to follow up everyday on the application there is no more good customer service.management cannot even give us a positive answer we are disgusted at the service we are getting from a bank we had trust in.its over two weeks and we still awaiting reply guess we going to loose the property due to nedbanks bad customer service.
