Nedbank's advertising of a 24 hour home loan application is a complete joke. I decided to apply for another bond through them for a property I am buying and almost 2 weeks later they have still not finalised my application. Being a client of theirs for 25 years, with 3 properties, and 1 existing bond with them at a rate of prime minus 1.25%, they are offering me a rate of prime plus .25% on the new property. How pathetic is that.
I have a huge deposit, and FNB and Investec even gives me a rate of prime minus on 2 of my properties. How does Nedbank work, they can give you a rate of prime minus on 1 property and yet NOT another.
Is this how they treat their clients of 25 years who has all their banking with them. I'm sure Steve from FNB would have helped me a long time ago... I guess i will be going there. Hopeless and disappointing service Nedbank, you will be losing another client unless this can be sorted out ASAP.
Truely diappointing Nedbank, please don't advertise what you cannot deliver and your loyal clients. Is this Nedbanks RETENTION plan???
