What can I say?!

I have an personal loan with FNB. Last week I got a call from someone in the department. I'm behind om my payments. Not sure how this happend, but someone, changed my debit order date from the 25th to the 23rd without my knowledge. FNB is deducting the money from my account. The lady who phoned me, had access to my internet banking, and told me what transfers I did in my account, who gave her the authority to do this? NOT ME! They deducted the money and yesterday I received an sms, to say, they deducted a further R390.00, why??? and for what??? I'm still waiting for her to come back to me with answers, but havent heard anything, not a suprise. I want answers by the end of business today. Please also supply me with your complaints officers details and ombudsman.
