They dont change banking details

I have been a customer of FNB for quite some time. I have taken out a loan with them two years ago. I am unemployed and wont be able to pay the loan. However I have changed banking details in order for them to debit another account and they have failed 3 times to debit the account. They threaten to put me on ITC but I have been in contact with them 3 times to change the debit order details I even received an SMS on the 21st August saying that they have deducted the loan amount from the account. Still to date nothing has been deducted. We have double checked the banking details and everything supplied to them were correct.

I find this unacceptable as I have done my part by not defaulting and FNB has defaulted 3 times on their side.

I feel as a consumer I will not be held responsible for their negligence and incompetence.
