Unauthorized Debit

I had a personal loan with FNB and due to financial difficulties I fell behind with payments. To date I have never received a phone call from them with regards to this account. On 27 September I received an sms stating that R500 will be deducted from my account with regards to the arreras of this loan however on the 28 September an amount of R7000-00 was debited from my account without my knowledge and without any arrangements being made. The FNB legal department is most unhelpful and believe that they can do what they want. I am currently on maternity leave expecting my first child am a single parent and therefore cannot afford to pay R7000-00 which was not agreed to. If this matter does not get rectified and the amount of R500 be deducted as per the sms from FNB I will be forced to take legal action against FNB as this is. I will also move my banking to a different bank where I can be sure that my money won't be without my consent.
