Aftr we received pathetic service from one oftheir client service offices whilst trying to make a disability claim for mydad, now they completely ignore us. All documents were sent through. 2 months ago, called upcall centre and theysay a manager is dealing with the claim. This isthe second complaint I have filed in 9 months, winston lawrence was handling the matter, thereafter lillian de kock and after numerous emails we still don't know the status of the claim... tired of this poor service
