Disgusting Service Delivery with no satisfaction!

On the 27th March some money was deposited into my account. I then wanted to transfer money via cellphone banking, only find out that I was de-registered. I then called the call centre number because I was baffled as to why I was de-registered. The consultant then told me my account was closed. I was in complete shock because to my knowledge my account was active and when I asked her when they closed it, she could not tell me. I had absolutely no notification from FNB that they were closing my account for whatever reason. I got a sms on Thursday at about 12pm saying that the money was rejected and I should go into the bank before Saturday 12h. I then went in to Lansdowne branch on Thursday 28th March to sort this out. I spoke to a lady by the name of Asheeqa who called the processing department, they promissed the money would be transfered and it would show friday 29th March but still nothing. I went back to the same branch Saturday spoke to a guy consultant with a birth mark on his face, he then also called the processing department they told him that it would be done Saturday 30th March and it would be in my account Sunday but sill NOTHING! This is causing me HUGE INCONVENIENCE!!
