Account Blocked for the Second time in 3 Months

Sometime Around March my Credit card Account was blocked and i called their call centre and was told that i need to submit Proof of residents, and i gladly did that a month later after trying to check the balance through their Cellphone banking facility, I got the "Account Closed" message and then i again i consulted their call centre as to why my account has been blocked again and they told me that my account was not FICAd and when i asked the consultant as to what happened to the documents that i sent through in March through their Branch in Woodmead and they told me that some lame story that those documents were sent to the department that will grant me access to my account but not the FICA one

its really annoying to consantly try and FICA EVERY 3 MONTHS FOR THE SAME ACCOUNT EVERY 3 MONTHS
