I had a wonga account since last year 2012 up until March 2013, I last paid my account on the 28th of March manually in their Absa account after I realised that they didnt debit my account as per agreement, After I paid in the bank I was told to fax or email proof of which I did, on saturday the 30th of March when I was tryng to apply again my account was blocked, I then called them the whole of the following week trying to get my account cleared, they asked me to send a screen short as to them my account was okay, it became a mission to get it resolved up until today when I try to get in i get blocke in their main screen with the feedback that reads"sorry we currently cant offer you a loan", to me this is strange a my account was always up to date.

They told me they will forward the whole info to their management and IT department that was going to see the problem and call me back, up until today no one has ever bothered to give me a call explain what went wrong, except to keep you holding the phone for so long while trying to sort the issue.

I was going to be okay if they would tell me the reason why I`m blocked or maybe they had enough of me borrowing from them.
