Card blocked due to technical difficulties

I went to standard bank, waited about 30 min in a queue to make a withdrawal, got to the machine, got a technical error, tried another one, got a technical error, was told to withdraw inside at the teller AND THE MACHINE BLOCKED MY CARD!!! I can not afford to stand in the bank for 2 hours! everyone was sent from the atm to the tellers!!! my rent needs to be paid today!!! I phoned the call centre and have been told that I have to deal with the branch!!! please assist!!!
