Account Frozen for second time

I have a Business account with ABSA at the montague branch. About 5 months ago I tried to do a Forex transaction only to find that my account had been frozen with no notification. When I queried the issue I was informed that the account had not been FICA'd. I then went into the Tokai branch, asked them to please move my account to that branch, and to please FICA my account. I took them all the relevant documentation and I was assured that everything was sorted out. Now 5 months later, I am trying to pay salaries, and I get an error on my account. I then phone in to find out why, and again I am informed that my account has not been FICA'd. Again with no notification.
I am not sure how one is suppose to run a business when this is the kind of service that one receives from ones bank.
