My account frozen for a second time after FICA

On 18 May my savings account was frozen by Absa because apparently I needed to FICA my credit card, one I don't have. On 20 May I went to the Woodlands branch to FICA my account and my account was unfrozen. Now all of a sudden my account is frozen again! How do you go around freezing accounts, holding people's money because your admin is so pathetic? I do not have time to go into a branch every 2 to 3 weeks to FICA my account! This has been done already! I want my account unfrozen by today. I will transfer all the funds out and close my account. I have now had enough of a bank that offers such pathetic service!
