"Going Backwards" would be better suited

With this change over from E-Plan to AccessBanking has been nothing but a headache from the day I changed over. funds were supposed to be transferred from E-Plan to access, but i had to call to get it done a week later, not a problem, didnt phase me. But what really bothered me was to find out that the E-Plan account had not been closed from Feb. Not to mention the uselessness of the branches, why have extended hours if you dont want to assist people other than those with loans... its month end, catch a wake up. help people, help customers. waiting in queues that have no sense, queues must be split into two, because standard bank cant teach all their staff how to do both deposits and withdrawals (this is at the branch in Quagga Centre in Pretoria). and even having everything back to scratch was an even worse nightmare, to have to re register for everything. redo the internet payment limit, withdrawal limit set back to minimum after explicitly asking for everything to be done when i switched over (Randburg Branch). Going so far backwards, i'm sure would be opening his account with you soon with you guys.
