I PAID OFF MY SON'S STUDENT LOAN LAST WEEK. THIS WEEK THE FULL DEBIT ORDER WAS DEDUCTED OFF MY FNB ACCOUNT. THIS IS IN MY BOOK. I SENT THE FOLLOWING EMAIL ASKING FOR FEEDBACK ON CORRECTING THIS DEDUCTION:

As discussed this morning I am anxiously awaiting the return of the funds for debit order which was not cancelled?
You said you would email me, but I haven't heard a word?

SO NOW I JUST HAVE TO ACCEPT THAT THEIR PROCESSES RUSH ROUGHSHOD OVER MY RIGHTS AS A CONSUMER, AND I MUST WAIT UNTIL THEY FOLLOW THEIR PROCESSES.
THIS IS DISGUSTING. I RUN THE RISK OF MY DEBIT ORDERS BEING REFUSED AND EXCEEDING MY OVERDRAFT LIMIT, BUT HAVE TO BE HAPPY TO WAIT FOR THEIR "PROCESSES" WHICH OBVIOUSLY DON'T WORK.
