Hi, after a house break-in on the 12th March 2013, I am still contacting Iwyse daily to try and find out where my claim is at the moment. I keep getting the same response and I keep giving the same answer. I get dropped while holding for next person or when they internally try and find out what is happening. I have not been contacted telephonically for any additional queries or update regarding what the next step is.
This has been a very disappointing experience at the moment.
