I write this mail as a result of being totally ripped off by Multiply/Mango. This is not the first time that this has occurred and several times in the past (which was reported to momentum) I just brushed it off and paid the full price for the tickets and in some cases just booked with different airlines as without the discounts they were cheaper. I am now totally frustrated by the system and feel totally ripped off. I am on silver status and expected to get a 25% refund from Momentum for my last flight booking (I will provide the invoice as well as a pc screen capture of my attempts to utilise this benefit). Further it doesn't help that the multiply call centre is not 24hours when booking a flight at 9pm and Mango call centre won't help you to make the discounted booking either.
I am a Momentum Multiply, Health, Myriad and FundsAtWork member and If this is anything to go by with regards to service, then I hate to imagine what I can expect should the relevant need arise. I am seriously considering cancelling these policies as well as informing my directors about this as they provide the FundsAtWork "benefit" if this issue is not resolved asap.
