I went in their Hatfield branch on 31/12/2013. - 14.30 to book a car. The lady was unable to do the booking via Momentum Multiply so that i can get my discount. It is advertised on Avis website. How can a service be advertised but some staff are unable to asAvis and Momentum Multiply
