I have submitted my retrenchment letter to Capitac 3 weeks ago in Southgate mall branch. I was advise to call their head office. I was kept in hold and this has cost me money. Sadly I still did not get through, I am still waiting for the response. I don't know what to do, or how this is going to be resolve. What frustrate me the most when they were offering this loan they were quick to respond.

What frustrate me the most is that they have deducted the instalment on the 21st and i get paid on the 25th, I asked my self why do they want to destroy my credit history because the possibility I could have unpaid. I was not notify that the will be deductions this month. I am still waiting for the respond regarding the way forward concerning clearing the loans.
