I sent all the information to Multiply travel to cancel international booking for my husband in Oct13. Money has still has not been refunded and I am still getting flight reminder!!!
They are really slow!!!
I am with Discovery Vitality, they have already cancelled the booking and paid the refund within 2 weeks.
What a difference in service!
