My multiply account has been disabled or locked and I am unable to book flight tickets with the discounted rate.
This is utterly ridiculous and there is no number to call on the weekends to get this resolved.

I cannot book flights on Mango because it is giving me an error that I do not appear to be a multiply member.

This is not the first issue that I have had with multiply and my account.

I will expect to get reimbursed if I missed out on getting these flights at the discounted rate.
I have taken screenshots of the time/ date and error messages as proof.
