How does one benefit from Multiply?

I belong to Multiply and would like to order a pedometer from Momentum. I cannot do so since their Multiply site has not been updated since 31 Dec 2012 and won't be updated. And since the Momentum website itself is riddled with technical issues. I sent an email to the support team and received this response:
"Thank you for you e-mail
We are aware of the technically difficulties on our website. Our IT guys is busy resolving the issue. We will notify you as soon as the issue is resolve. Please find attached Multiply brochure.
Thank you."

The brochure does not assist me. Neither does the call centre (I was on hold for 18 minutes before being told to go to the multiply website (the one that won't be updated any longer).

Please can someone assist?
