I have been a multiply member through my momentum medical aid for the last several years. To my dissapointment, your allocation of point on your rewards program is shocking! I did a fitness/healt assessment earlier this year and again recently. Even with the improvement that was noted on my recent assessment, Multiply just give you 2000 point towards the assessment you do, not bonus points for improvements to ANY of the tests done in the Assessment. How do you motivate your members to do better then?
And you partners on Multiply, what is the change to the partners in 2014, your Call Centre says all stays the same?
Seriously? Your competitors offering are far better than yours, what are you doing to retain your existing customers?
