2 weeks to rectify error still not done

I have flown many times this year with mango through the rewards benefit of multiply, possible 7 times, I have done numerous changes to flights due to business possible 8 times sometimes 3 times in a flight with no hassle. I tried to change my booking to a new flight costing R823 and my current flight was similar if not less value. They subsequently charged me R1300 to change the flight where there is only am administration fee, where as a multiply member I have never paid, I have done changes that have been a difference of R2 and paid it. And now they cannot help or tell me why. I shall never fly mango again. Terrible service, and rude people to deal with.
