FNB - OFFLINE - HAVE TO BEG PEOPLE FOR MONEY

So, 26th March, FNB offline AGAIN!!! Was at Nicol Way Shopping centre - Woolworths - Cheque Card and Credit Card declined. ATM at Nicolway offline, HAD TO BEG FOR MONEY TO GET OUT OF PARKING LOT. Had to drive to Fourways. Walked in to branch to close accounts. Graham (Branch manager) convinced me otherwise. Eventually withdrew cash at ATM. Wasted an hour of the day. Was limited by my withdrawel amount to what i could spend for the day. No 087 numbers working, get cut off after entering card pin. iphone app numbers not working, Called 011 245 5000 whom put me through to customer care at bank city, spoke to Peace Lecogo whom interupted me during conversation (surely when someoone is so mad, the best thing to do is NOT INTERUPT (Whom ever reads this should listen to my call) Peace states she cannot give reference for call.

Ready to close accounts again. I have no need for a non functioning bank.

Terribly inconvienienced, embarresed, frustrated, and sick of the poor IT infrastructure of FNB.

Was about to sign for a new car through WESBANK, (4th purchase through WESBANK), I guess I will take my business elsewhere. You have just lost -R90000 interest due to offline issues.
