I lost my bank card, and this morning the 24 th of June 2013, i went to my branch in tsakane mall to do the replacement, i was told they are offline must try springs branches, got the still told they are offline, must try carnival mall, got the around twelvish, againtold they are offline, i could not even draw money without a card and worse its my anniversary cant do nothing, while other banks have facilities such as cardless withdrawals, this bank is ages behind with technology, in short this bank is useless, regret the day i moved over to them mxxxxm
