Poor service and bad attitudes

Yesterday I went for a new card. I told the lady I only have 15min and she said we only needed 5.She snipped up my old card, BEFORE issuing a new card successfully. The system froze half way and I was forced to leave WITHOUT a card, as my lunch hour was over. The lady said she'll phone me in a few min and she never did. Capitec closes at 5 (the time I get off work), so I had to go back today (in my lunch). I went in again and the systems were offline again. I asked if someone can wait there for a few minutes after 5 and the manager said no, I can come by on SATURDAY?? I walked passed half an hour later, they called me and said I can get my card. I was helped after a few min (by a different lady), I asked her as well if she'll be able to do it fast, as my time is limited. She then said "You can't come to the bank with only 10 minutes". I explained that I was earlier told that the systems were offline, which she said was false. She had such a bad attitude and said I was wasting her time by explaining. I walked out completely red faced and mad as! No lunch on Friday and I can't go another day without money! It's not even a week after payday and no card means no cash! Dissapointed in Capitec & staff
