Good Day, today my wife went to household monthly shopping only to find out at the cashier FNB is offline. She left all the groceries including the milkshake my 2yr daughter was crying for. Furiously she visited for nearest FNB branch only to discover FNB is offline nationwide. The least FNB could of done was send out a sms, whatsup, twitter or any type of communication to all customers. All my financial transactions are done with FNB products: Cheque, Savings, Credit & Petrol card. (So my wife could not even fill the car's tank at the filling station) If you can advertise products via sms, you could of at least sms you offline.
