After taking collection of a vehicle financed through Wesbank Private Finance, I was issued a license disk for the vehicle through their agent/sub-supplier, which wasn't even in my name.
After a year I am told that the vehicle has to be re-sent for COR and I will have the pay penalties to the license department for not licensing the vehicle in my name.
I am then told by Wesbank advisor that its not their fault and I will have to bear these costs! Really disappointed in Wesbank's approach and service considering the premium paid to get all documentation processed through Title-Guard!
