After requesting a quote from first for women, I asked that I be called back at 1pm the next day in order to finalise switching insurances. I got 9 calls before 12 o clock. I then informed the agent that I need time to consider the quote and would contact them wIthIn the month if there were any issues. the following day, your agents tried to call me SEVENTEEN times. this is plain harassment. (which I then told them the 18th and 19th time they called (both after 5pm). ) As someone who was ready to switch insurances, you have now lost a potential customer.
