Pathetic Service. No responsibility!!

I sold my car on 21 December 2012. The purchaser applied for finance through Wesbank. Wesbank appointed Titleguard to handle all risk items.
After various delays the deal was supposed to be finalised on 7 January 2012, but nothing happened. Eventually two days later (Wednesday @ 17:20) we found out they wanted insurance confirmation or waiting for it. We've tried to escalate the process how many times because Titleguard took their own time to finalise the deal, but till today nothing. Today Wesbank is saying they are paying, but I'm not happy because I won't get my money today, because Titleguard is involved. I tried to speak to a general manager or someone senior, but was unsuccessful. I requested a letter from Wesbank or Titleguard to say that due to Titleguard's lack of service my payment was delayed, but again unsuccessful. I find this disgraceful.

Will never in my life to business with Wesbank, because of such bad service. Oh and I forgot I could have sold the car but then I thought it would be sorted by last week.
